Shipping & Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days across all U.S. regions.

We offer free shipping to all locations within the United States via FedEx.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. Please note:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Certain items may require photo or video evidence to approve the return.

Refunds
